SFM3003 and SFM3013 meters are versatile, bidirectional flow meters with low pressure drop, offering a large flow range of up to 300 standard liters per minute (SLM). These next-generation flow meters feature a digital I²C interface and Sensirion’s patented CMOSens technology, which combines a thermal sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a single microchip for fast signal processing.
The SFM3003 series provides additional features for measuring flows of air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mixtures. SFM3013 digital mass flow meters are based on the SFM3003 solution but feature robustness to overpressure (up to 1 bar gauge pressure) and are calibrated for air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mixtures. The SFM3013 series can also be calibrated for heliox gas mixtures.
Both meters are ideal for a variety of medical and industrial applications, including ventilation, anesthesia, inhalers, spectroscopy, and more. For development, Mouser also stocks the SEK-SFM3003 and SEK-SFM3013 evaluation kits, which work with the SEK-SensorBridge (sold separately) and include a flow sensor, connector cable, and downloadable SEK-ControlCenter software.
