    Eastman Auto&Power Limited Appoints Mr. Satyendra K. Mallik as President & CHRO, EAPL

    Eastman Auto & Power Limited a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of all kinds of energy storage and solar solutions provider, announced the appointment of Mr Satyendra K. Mallik as President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role Satyendra will be responsible for steering organizational transformation and overall HR Strategy, compensation and talent initiatives, while also being the brains behind the company’s information technology and business process automation.

    Satyendra is an HR professional with over 2 decades of hands-on experience in designing and executing people strategy and processes in Sales, Service, Manufacturing, IT, ITES, Automobile and Consumer Electronics industry across geographies. Prior to joining EAPL, he has worked with INTEX Technologies (I) Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in organization building and meteoric growth story. Besides INTEX, he had been associated with Microsoft’s KPO arm, Greenfield Online and Hero Group. He is an accomplished leader with a track record of working with high growth companies and brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration and experience in designing and execution of HR business plans and passion for motivating people towards achieving organizational goals, thus building organization of excellence.
