The proliferation of automobile, electronics and hardware-related industries in Andhra Pradesh will soon ensure the creation of a sustainable ecosystem in the State, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced.

At the Xiaomi supplier investment summit in Tirupati, Mr. Naidu held consultations with 38 global suppliers of the mobile phone major Xiaomi India, where he assured the participants of all support from the State in the form of land, water, electricity and the best manpower reported The Hindu. The summit is meant to explain the investment opportunities available in this part of the State to the company’s suppliers and throw light on the government’s proactive initiatives, subsidies etc to lure investments. Speaking to the media after the discussions, Mr. Naidu announced that the companies were positively considering huge investment in the region between Tirupati and Sri City, where it has multiple manufacturing units. He saw the emergence of Tirupati-Nellore-Chennai as an industrial hub, especially for the electronics, hardware and automobile-related products.
