Hamamatsu to Distribute Energetiq Laser Light Sources

Hamamatsu Photonics has been named a global distributor for Energetiq Technology Inc.’s laser-driven light sources.

Hamamatsu Photonics acquired Energetiq in October 2017. The company says this increased global presence in each Hamamatsu-supported region will enable enhanced customer support. Manufacturing and service processes will continue to be operated at Energetiq’s headquarters, and it will still handle sales for its Electrodeless Z-Pinch Extreme UV sources.

Energetiq is a developer of rugged industrial and scientific products that focus on high-brightness light generation. Hamamatsu is a developer of optical sensors, light sources, and systems.
