Innovative drives, high efficiency
For the processing in the food and beverage industry, UNICASE parallel shaft geared motors are particularly suitable. They offer a wide range of torques from 100 to 100,000 Nm and, thanks to the flexible and compatible modular system, can be individually configured. They can be used almost universally. A new addition to the NORD DRIVESYSTEMS range is the single stage NORDBLOC.1 helical gear unit as an innovative drive with high efficiency and long life. The successful series has recently been extended upwards with three sizes and now offers a power range from 0.12 to 45 kW. The drive units cover the torque range up to 1,000 Nm and, thanks to optimised bearings, can reliably handle large axial and radial forces. They are characterised by high efficiencies, compact design and top reliability. The modular design provides wide application flexibility due to numerous configuration and mounting options.
Focus on efficiency and hygiene
For the use in conveyor and warehouse rack systems, NORD will be presenting its NORDBLOC.1 bevel gear units. The drive systems, consisting of electric motor and a bevel gear unit, are ideally suited for use on conveyors as well as in intralogistics and packaging technology. The drives, available in lightweight or robust versions, operate with ultimate efficiency over the entire range of speed ratios. Like the NORDBLOC.1 bevel gear units, the worm gear units from NORD DRIVESYSTEMS provide an impressive long life and easy maintenance. Thanks to their universal housing, they can be quickly and simply configured for a wide range of applications. The die-cast aluminium housing guarantees maximum strength and rigidity. The highly effective nsd tupH surface treatment allows a further protection and preparation for applications that are sensitive to cleanliness.
