    GlobalLogic, a leader in digital product development services, has been recognized as Best 50 workplaces in IT and IT-BPM category in India by Great Place To Work Institute the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. GlobalLogic has been recognized by Great Place to Work Institute’s Trust Index for creating and sustaining a great workplace for its employees’ and assigning 2/3rd weightage to the voice of employees. This is measured through anonymous surveys conducted across these organizations.

    The study conducted in Great Place to Work Institute saw participation across organizations from various sectors, including IT and IT-BPM. Out of these, the Top 50 were conferred the honour of being among India’s Best Companies to Work For in IT-IT BPM in 2017 where GlobalLogic has successfully achieved this prestigious recognition. The survey is measured through responses to a structured questionnaire shared with employees.

    The list was finalized using a combination of confidential employee responses and data on various aspects of work culture and people practices. GlobalLogic nurtures a culture of diversity, openness, and innovation. Having the right culture fit alongside a growing workforce is crucial to preserving any company’s core values. The people-focused approach is one of the company’s strategic pillars and a fundamental component of its business success over the years.
