Mouser Electronics Expands Localised Services in Barcelona

Mouser Electronics, the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader empowering innovation, has recently celebrated the opening of its new offices in Barcelona, Spain.

The new offices, located only a 5-minute drive from Barcelona-El Prat Airport, embody a larger space that is designed to support the Barcelona-based team, which currently consists of 21 people in two departments. The Barcelona team provides dedicated Customer Service and Tech/Quote Support in local language to Mouser’s customers throughout Spain and Portugal.

Mouser celebrated the opening of the new Barcelona office in late November 2022. Attending the opening festivities were representatives from TTI, Mouser manufacturer partners TE Connectivity, KYOCERA AVX Components, and Phoenix Contact, along with Mouser customer, AR Electronics. Since the establishment of a Spanish office in 2011, the team and operations have grown every year with the facilities being scaled to meet increasing local demand.

“The new offices in Barcelona provide a friendly, modern working environment for our Spanish team,” said Graham Munson, Vice President EMEA Customer Service at Mouser Electronics. “We know this new space will enable excellent service-oriented experiences for our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering localised services globally, and providing the right environments for our teams to work in is a key part of achieving the total experience.”

With its global corporate headquarters in the D/FW region of Texas, Mouser has customer support locations across Europe, the Americas and the Asia/Pacific regions to provide specialized customer support in the customer’s local language – an approach it calls “glocal.”

Mouser is always searching for automated solutions to streamline its performance and ensure accurate and fast service to its customers. The dedication to continuous improvement of the Mouser website paired with local service and technical support offered via phone, email, and live webchat, ensures a great experience for engineers and buyers wherever they are in the world.
