-500R3 (500mA output) has enjoyed great popularity from the market, K78-1000R3(1A output) series is designed to meet wider output power range requirement of customers’ application.
Same as K78-500R3, K78-1000R3 series are in SIP package with high efficiency up to 96%, which do not need heat sink. The product has pin-outs compatible with LM78XX regulator in a much smaller size, which saves your space. And its operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +85℃.
The series operate with a wide input voltage range of 6 to 36V and deliver precise output voltages. With standby input current as low as 0.1mA, low ripple & noise and short-circuit protection, they are suitable for various applications such as industrial control, power grid, instrumentation and mining, etc.
In addition to encapsulated package, open-frame version is also an available option to save your design cost with more competitive price.
