Now Offering Qorvo’s Full Custom MMIC Portfolio

Mouser Electronics , Inc., an authorized global distributor of Qorvo products, is pleased to announce that Qorvo’s complete line of Custom MMIC products is now available to order on the Mouser website. Qorvo’s Custom MMIC product portfolio includes high-performance gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) suitable for a broad range of aerospace, defense, space, and commercial applications.

Qorvo, a leading manufacturer of innovative RF and mmWave solutions that connect people and things throughout the world, recently acquired Custom MMIC to join Qorvo’s Infrastructure and Defense Products (IDP) group. The addition of Custom MMIC’s products will enhance Qorvo’s portfolio of solutions, now covering the entire RF signal chain, for defense customers, including satellite communications, microwave test equipment, electronic warfare, and advanced phased array radar applications.

Qorvo’s Custom MMIC line of products, now available at Mouser, includes multiple low noise amplifiers, providing a useful solution for communications applications that demand a small form factor and low power consumption. Now in stock, the CMD264P3 6–18 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) and evaluation board deliver greater than 26 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +12 dBm. The CMD270P3 4–8 GHz LNA — also ready to ship, with evaluation board coming soon — features an ultra-low noise figure of 1.7 dB and delivers greater than 16 dB of gain, while the CMD307P3 8–16 GHz LNA and evaluation board offer a low noise figure of 2 dB. These LNAs are all 50 ohm matched designs, eliminating the need for both external DC blocks and RF port matching.

The CMD305P3 6–14 GHz driver amplifier is a broadband MMIC offering low current consumption and +20.5 dBm saturated output power. Qorvo’s CMD284P4 DC–22 GHz distributed amplifier is a GaAs MMIC that delivers ultra-wideband performance in a leadless 4 mm × 4 mm package. Mouser also now stocks the CMD305P3 evaluation board and CMD284P4 evaluation board .
