All new range of Low PIM Coaxial Cables released for distributed antenna systems (DAS)

Fairview Microwave Inc., an Infinite Electronics brand, and a leading provider of on-demand RF and microwave components, has released a new series of low-PIM coaxial cable assemblies in standard and custom lengths that are ideal for distributed antenna systems (DAS) and are available with same-day delivery.

The over 100+ standard configurations that make up Fairview Microwave’s new line of low-PIM coaxial cable assemblies deliver PIM levels of less than -160 dBc. These high-quality cables provide excellent VSWR and low insertion loss. They are 100% PIM and RF tested with the PIM results marked on the cables. These cables are constructed of flexible, lightweight UL910 plenum-rated SPP-250-LLPL RF coaxial cable which can operate in temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. They are offered with 4.3-10, 7/16 DIN, 4.1/9.5 mini-DIN, Type-N, SMA and QMA, many with right-angle connector options.

“With these high-quality, low-PIM cable assemblies are available in standard and custom lengths, and all with same-day delivery, this product line allows us to offer our customers a unique combination of performance and availability,” said Steve Ellis, Product Manager.

In addition to DAS systems, these cables are ideal for PIM testing, wireless infrastructure, indoor wireless systems, WISP networks, multi-carrier communication systems and small cell installation applications. Plus, this product line is scheduled to expand in the near future with the addition of 10 more connector options.
