New intelligent and sustainable solutions for industry at ACREX India 2020

Grundfos India, a global pump and system manufacturer showcases its highly efficient and sustainable HVAC systems at ACREX India 2020. The company is also a preferred OEM partner for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning manufacturers worldwide in integrated and digital hydraulic solutions. You can visit the Grundfos’ stall (D16+`14) at ACREX India 2020 which is being held at the India Exposition Mart, Greater Noida, New Delhi from February 27 – 29, 2020.

Digital transformation is happening in most markets and industries. The HVAC industry is without any doubt one of them. This transformation requires a great effort which should be shared across the complete value chain. Grundfos is best equipped to customise solutions for any HVAC application from its broad product platform.

Some of the key solutions exhibited at ACREX, includes the MAGNA3, which has been one of the most cutting-edge innovation from Grundfos in the HVAC portfolio. This circulator pump range has the highest energy efficiency rate in the market and finds its application across industries and commercial buildings. With an Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) well below the EuP benchmark level, it enables energy savings up to 75 percent, compared to a typical fixed speed circulator pump.

While MAGNA3 is a wet runner circulator pump, TPE3 pump is a dry runner. TPE3 is a quantum leap in-line vertical pumps with in-built controller, Delta-P & temperature sensor and variable frequency drive with an IE5 efficiency class – an all in one package that can be used in heating, cooling and district energy systems. It can approximately conserves 85 percent more energy than a typical circulator pump in the market and is supplied with wireless technology which enables it to connect with up to four single TPE3 pumps. Grundfos has also embraced digital transformation to introduce highly impactful solutions for HVAC applications.

Most of the company’s pumps can be augmented with Grundfos’ digital frontrunner, iSOLUTIONS, which ensures sustainability and minimizes environment impact. Grundfos also offers end suction pumps, from ‘Small intelligent circulators’ to ‘Big Skid Mounted Systems’ and from ‘Remote Monitoring & Wireless Transmission’ to ‘System Manager & Optimizer’ and many more for the entire spectrum of customers in the HVAC industry.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Ajit Singh, Senior Vice President-Sales (Commercial Building Services and Industry), Grundfos India, said, “HVAC systems in Commercial Building consume around 40% of the building’s energy. Any optimization of these systems will result in making the buildings more sustainable and reduces its OPEX.” He added, “With the world moving towards sustainable innovation, Grundfos’ pioneering intelligent, reliable, highly efficient, sustainable and quality pumps for HVAC applications will redefine the industry. Thus, it conserves energy and minimizes wastage, as different situations will have varying demand.”

Some of the other Grundfos products that are being displayed include the range of pre-fabricated systems, wireless transmitters, variable primary flow, GIDPC, Magna3, TPE3 and MVP controller.
