Aven Announces New Automotive Application for Its UV-LED Wide-View Magnifier

Aven, a full-service technology provider, is excited to announce a new application for its Wide-View Magnifier with Ultraviolet and White LEDs (part #26060). This innovative magnifier now can be used to detect leaks in vehicle cooling lines by utilizing fluorescing dye mixed with freon.

The Aven Wide-View Magnifier serves as an indispensable tool in this process, enabling technicians to clearly view the fluorescing dye, at the leak-point, along the refrigerant line. With its high-quality optics and powerful magnification capabilities, the Wide-View Magnifier ensures accurate detection and identification of leaks.

“We are excited to introduce this new application for our Wide-View Magnifier,” said Steve Carter, National Sales Manager at Aven. “By combining fluorescing dye with freon and using our magnifier with UV light, auto repair shops can now easily and effectively detect leaks in vehicle cooling lines.”

The Aven Wide-View Magnifier is a versatile tool that provides clear and magnified views, making it ideal for various applications in automotive repair, electronics, and other industries. Its compact design and lightweight construction make it convenient for on-the-go inspections and easy storage.

Aven, Inc. manufactures and distributes a range of high-performance optical instruments and precision tools for microscopy, inspection, and assembly.
