KGEA-DH-NFCTS: The Revolutionary Door Handler Module That Lets You Open Your Vehicle with Your Smartphone, Featuring Pocket Lighting and Touch Functionality

The latest addition to PREMO’s product line, the KGEA-DH-NFCTS door handler module, is a revolutionary product that combines advanced NFC technology with cutting-edge touch sensing capabilities embedded in a small form factor device. This module has been designed to meet the requirements of the new DigitalKey technology, which aims to increase the car’s connectivity with the smartphone, removing the need for a physical key. This innovative module allows users to unlock/lock their vehicles using their smartphones, as well as touch sensors on the door handle. It also includes a pocket light which reports the positive response of the module to the NFC reading and the touch sensors. This pocket light eases the access to your vehicle in low light conditions by illuminating the area around the door handle with a soft, ambient light.

The operation is very simple. To unlock/lock the doors you only must wake-up the device by activating the corresponding touch sensor and then hold your smartphone up to the door handle. The device will read the DigitalKey from the OEM app and, if it is correct, the module will unlock/lock the door.

The KGEA-DH-NFCTS module provides an advanced NFC technology, which allows for seamless communication between your smartphone and your vehicle. It also highlights the reliability and effectiveness of its touch sensors in extreme temperature and humidity conditions. In addition to its advanced NFC technology and touch sensing capabilities, the KGEA-DH-NFCTS module also features a range of other benefits that make it stand out from other door handler modules on the market. These include:

    • High compatibility: The module is designed to be compatible with a wide range of standards: ISO14443A, ISO14443B, ISO15693 and FeliCa™.
    • High durability: The module is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and heavy use, ensuring reliable performance over time.
    • CAN-FD link with the ECU.
    • Low power consumption.
    • Secure communication.
    • Electronics designed to meet automotive standards.
