Mouser Electronics Presents Second IoT Technical Roadshow Series

Mouser Electronics, Inc., the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader empowering innovation, today announces the second year of its five-city Internet of Things (IoT) Technical Roadshow Series 2018. The roadshow travels to five major tech hubs of India — Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi — bringing IoT products, technologies and solutions to the forefront. This single-day roadshow in each city caters to design engineers, IoT leaders, practitioners, FAEs, technology experts, EMS members, OEMs and ecosystem enablers.

“Mouser is proud to support and organize the five-city IoT Technical Roadshows Series for second year after the outstanding success of the 2017 series,” says Mark Burr-Lonnon, Senior Vice President of Global Service & EMEA and APAC Business at Mouser Electronics. “IoT is one of the most exciting and innovative trends in the industry, and these roadshows provide an excellent opportunity for the engineering community to network and experience the newest developments in Internet of Things.”

The series starts July 13 in Bangalore with technology leaders highlighting industrial IoT and smart city technologies, followed by smart automotive and power management and design in Pune on July 20. Then comes industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing in Chennai on July 27, 5G and wireless communications in IoT in Hyderabad on August 3, and finally IoT security and artificial intelligence (AI) in Delhi on August 24.

Mouser will also sponsor the afternoon break in each city following four informative technical breakout sessions by industry-leading suppliers KEMET, Microchip Technology, Murata, NXP Semiconductors, ROHM Semiconductor and TE Connectivity.

With the IoT sector in India poised to reach $9 billion by 2020, it is necessary to accelerate this growth through technical knowledge-sharing. The riveting symposium will provide the foundation to design and development engineers, developers and startup community, field applications engineers, OEMs, EMS, and technology experts in the ESDM sector to utilize IoT to its full extent.

Participants will experience the newest products, technologies and solutions impacting IoT development and participate in high-level discussions covering key design trends and manufacturer presentations supporting the electronics industry in India.
