    What  Power Technology has Mouser got in store at APEC 2017?

    Mouser Electronics, Inc., on March 21, 2017, announced that it is exhibiting as a Platinum Partner at this year’s Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition 2017 (APEC 2017) show — the premier event in applied power electronics — at Booth 1822.

    This year’s APEC event takes place March 26 – 30 at the Tampa (Fla.) Convention Center. Visit the Mouser booth to learn about new technologies, new product advancements, and component innovations along with how Mouser empowers engineers. Mouser will also sponsor the afternoon break between plenary sessions on Monday, March 27, and two informative seminars on Tuesday, March 28. At 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Texas Instruments presents a seminar on Wireless Power Telemetry, followed at 3:00 p.m. by TDK’s presentation on GaN-Based Power Electronics and New Requirements for Passive Components.

    As an APEC Platinum Partner, Mouser will provide exciting and interactive information, including some of the newest product innovations from leading suppliers such as Analog Devices, Infineon, Maxim Integrated, Microchip Technology, Murata, Panasonic, ROHM Semiconductor, and Texas Instruments. Visitors to the Mouser Booth will also get the latest news from the Empowering Innovation Together program and have a chance to win a smartwatch.

    APEC is an annual technology event that focuses on the practical and applied aspects of the power electronics industry, as well as new power electronics components. The conference features electronic exhibits, expert-led courses, special presentations, and the opportunity to network with other engineering professionals. Follow in-depth theoretical discussions with practical applications, focusing on important power electronics topics like the future of semiconductor technology development, power electronics for the Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced refueling technologies for electric vehicles (EVs).

APEC 2017 registration is available at multiple rates, but there is no cost to view exhibits, attend exhibitor seminars and lecture sessions, and compete in the annual Micromouse contest.
