Vertex Group Marks Independence Day with Its Mega Hiring Month, Announces 2,000 Jobs Across Delhi NCR & Bengaluru

Celebrating India’s 80th Independence Day, Vertex Group, a global organisation with a diversified portfolio spanning business services, technology, learning, and customer experience, announces ‘Vertex Mega Hiring Month,’ under which it plans to onboard 2,000 professionals across Delhi-NCR (Gurgaon) and Bengaluru within a single month. As part of its pledge to create 1 million opportunities globally, this initiative marks the first major step towards that vision.

The hiring drive, one of the largest single-month talent expansions in Vertex Group’s history, coincides with the company completing 10 years of operations this August and comes on the back of growing demand from some of India’s most recognised consumer brands. The timing underscores the company’s commitment to nation-building by generating employment opportunities during a period of national significance.

Vertex is hiring for immediate joining across a wide range of roles, including customer support executives, sales professionals, team leaders, managers & other contact centre professionals. The announcement comes at a time when several contact centres in the region have scaled down operations, leaving experienced professionals looking for their next opportunity.

“As we complete 10 years, this Mega Hiring Month reflects both the trust that leading consumer brands place in Vertex and the pace at which we are growing. We are creating 2,000 opportunities across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru in a single month, with immediate joining across operations, quality, analytics, training, customer support, and sales. To every professional looking for their next opportunity, our doors are open this Independence Day onwards. We are not just hiring for today. We are building the teams that will shape Vertex’s next decade, and we want ambitious people to come and grow with us,” said Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group.

The new hires will support Vertex’s rapidly expanding customer experience operations for leading consumer brands across India. The hiring programme will strengthen teams across frontline operations, as well as supervisory, training, quality, and managerial functions, with experienced professionals playing a key role in building capability, mentoring new talent, and supporting large-scale programme expansion.

The hiring drive also forms part of Vertex Group’s broader growth journey as the organisation approaches the 5,000-people milestone by December 2026 and continues to expand its presence, capabilities and portfolio across markets.
