OfficeNet Launches Smart Factory Platform to Streamline Workforce Management

OfficeNet, an HR technology company serving more than 10 million users across 500+ enterprises, has launched Smart Factory Solutions for large manufacturing companies. The platform is designed for organisations with over 10,000 employees and helps them manage workers across multiple locations and shifts. It brings workforce management, administrative tasks and key factory operations together on a single digital platform.

The platform brings key workforce tasks, including worker allocation, contractor management, production planning, expense claims, attendance and payroll, into one system. This reduces manual work, gives managers a clearer view of workforce availability and helps them assign workers more efficiently. It also helps manufacturers manage employees across multiple factories, locations and shifts while maintaining consistent processes.

The Officenet Smart Factory platform also covers the employee lifecycle from joining to exit, with centralised records, reporting and AI-powered analytics, along with biometric attendance, mobile absence tracking, multiple pay master’s and statutory compliance. This enables HR and business teams to move from fragmented workforce administration towards a more connected, data-led approach.

Sonali Chowdhry, CEO, Officenet, said, “Manufacturing productivity is not just about machines and automation; it is equally about how effectively people are managed and deployed. When organisations have thousands of employees working across plants and shifts, even small inefficiencies in workforce management can have a significant operational impact. With Officenet Smart Factory Solutions, we are bringing workforce data and factory processes closer together to improve visibility, reduce manual effort and help organisations make faster, more informed decisions.”

Officenet currently serves Bajaj Auto, LG Electronics, Havells, Amber Enterprises, Radnik Exports, Vishal Megamart with Smart Factory Solutions, the company is expanding its proposition beyond traditional HR technology to the Manufacturing Industry 5.0 landscape.
