Dharmistha Chaudhary Joins Magenta Mobility as Chief Human Resources Officer

Magenta Mobility, a pioneer in integrated Electric Mobility solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of Dharmistha Chaudhary as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With an illustrious career spanning more than 22 years across diverse sectors including logistics, retail, and manufacturing, Dharmistha brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic vision to her role at Magenta Mobility. Previously, she has worked with organisations like Sandvik Asia Limited, Reliance Group, Chalhoub Group, and  CMA CGM Group.

“I am thrilled to lead the Human Resource vertical at Magenta Mobility. Here at Magenta, I will be involved in shaping Magenta’s overall strategic direction, encompassing critical domains of Human Capital, including talent acquisition, compensation and performance management, succession planning, learning, and development, as well as fostering a culture of transparency, positivity, and openness across all functions and verticals. With the scale at which Magenta is growing and expanding to new cities, there will be a significant number of hirings across different verticals that I will be driving, encompassing both employees and driver partners,” commented Dharmistha Chaudhary.

She emphasized, “I firmly believe that investments in human capital are equally vital as investments in product R&D. Our people are our greatest asset, and creating an environment where they can thrive is of utmost importance. I am dedicated to unleashing the innate drive within individuals to be autonomous, self-determined, and connected. By doing so, we will not only empower our team and driver partners to achieve more but also create value for both them and Magenta.”
